They are all rude and treat people like second hand citizens. I was in there for a favor for someone. They are very unprofessional and rude to snap recipients. .

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Ms. Telefero at the Social Services Community Development Building. During my phone call with her, I found her behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I attempted to explain my situation or ask a question, she repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to finish speaking. Instead of listening or trying to resolve my concerns, she cut me off throughout the conversation and ultimately hung up on me before my issue was addressed. As someone seeking assistance from a public service agency, I expected to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My concerns were left completely unresolved because of the way the call was handled. After this experience, I understand why this office has such poor reviews. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received and do not intend to return to this office. I will also be escalating this matter to the appropriate state agency for review, as I believe this conduct is unacceptable for an employee serving the public. I respectfully request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action be taken

The welfare office is giving our information out And stealing our stamps and cash .that app that they tell us to use is a lil suspicious . I never had my food stamps and cash stolen until here I don’t trust my supervisor ms Parker she ask to see my dv paperwork then turns around and said oh we don’t need that dismissing my situation and what happened to me . She’s rude and disrespectful . the lady that did my stamps for renewal told me that my stamps were going up in Aug when it was supposed to go up in may please someone look in to this effective immediately . MS cherry is an angel a blessing .she helped me and stuck by me and i greatly appreciate her for that may god always bless her . wee need more people like her in the world .

I have a disabled 15 year old son. My wife has applied for food stamps and they scheduled a day and time for a phone interview where they are supposed to call my wife, but they never call. When we call the office they say that they called and nobody answered. This occured twice now. The first time they did actually call and my wife actually answered and she had a conversation with the woman who called but no interview was conducted and the report still said that nobody answered. The second time they just never called. My son is crying for food so when my wife calls your office, be prepared to expedite benefits immediately. My next move will be to contact an attorney and with the attorney's assistance we will contact the governor's office. No more lazy days. Do your jobs!
